Tourist Visa

• Two (02) application forms duly filled, dated, and, signed by the applicant with two pictures attached to each form. Application forms should be downloaded from the Embassy of Algeria in Ljubljana.
• An invitation letter duly certified by the local authorities in Algeria including the name and address of the inviting person with a copy of his identification document, an invitation with an itinerary from a travel agency in Algeria, or a confirmation of a hotel booking.
• Travel insurance covering the duration of stay in Algeria.
• Letter of employment or evidence of activity or income.
• The passport is valid for at least 06 months and contains at least two (02) blank pages for visa the to be issued.
• Copy of the two first pages of the passport
• Round-trip flight ticket to be provided after accepting the visa application.
• Copy of a valid residence document in Slovenia for non-Slovenian applicants.

• Visa fees

All visitors traveling to the south of the country having booked with authorized travel agencies could get a visa on arrival at airports and land borders with a validity of 30 days, instead of going through normal visa procedures. Wilayas (Provinces) affected by these measures are the following: Adrar, Illizi, Bechar, Bordj Badji Mokhtar, Beni Abbas, Tindouf, Timimoun, Toggourt, Djanet, Ain Salah, El-Bayad, El-Oued, El-Djelfa, El-Menia, El-M’ghaier, El-Naama, Ouled Djellal, Biskra, Tamanrasset, M’sila, Ouargla, Ain-Guezzam, Ghardaia, Laghouat.
